Booking
1. Renting period, arrival and departure Rental contracts between the owners of Casa Albereto ("us")
and interested people ("you") can only be concluded for the time
frame from Saturday to Saturday. You may arrive after 5 p.m. on your first
day and have to checkout before 9 a.m. on the last day of your renting
period. 2. Booking To book an apartment or a stone cottage, you have to transmit the
booking form to us and pay 30% of the rental price. The remaining sum of the
rental price must be paid six weeks in advance of your stay at the latest. If
you book an apartment or a stone cottage less than six weeks before your
planned arrival, you have to pay the total rental price immediately. In case
you are late in paying for your room, we reserve the right to rent out the
room to another person. In this case, we will refund any advanced payment but
will subtract our costs. 3. Cancellation In case you want to cancel your contract before your arrival, we will
refund you the paid rental price minus a lump sum of 50 Euros. If you cancel
your booking later than the beginning of the sixth week before the beginning
of the agreed rental period, we will only refund 5% of the total sum, unless
someone else will rent the apartment or the same rental period. If a small
add in a newspaper is necessary to find a new tenant, you will have to bear
its costs even in case that no rental agreement can be concluded. 4. No refunds for late arrival or early departure There cannot be any refunds for late arrival or early departure. 5. Deposit Upon arrival a deposit of 100 Euros must be paid in cash which will be
refunded on departure, minus the costs for damages caused by the renter or
his family or friends.
